Hymach’s Professional series is specially developed together with Hinnagård to suit the demanding contractor’s work with brushcutters.
We sell three models, 6, 8 and 11 meters respectively.
The crane arms have a 170° swivel radius, which means you can position the cutting head where you have the best view of it.
The crane arm consists of boom, jib and 1 or 2 telescopic extensions. Ejector is hexagonal, non-sided, arm entirely in Domex 700. Slide plates made of reinforced Ertalon, a durable and self-lubricating material.
Hydraulic Oil 200 L Bolted in frame. Return filter in hydraulic tank. Oil cooler. Sunfab piston pumps on 84cc cutting head 40 cc arm movement, 2 1/2″ suction line to 84 cc 2″ suction line to 40 cc and pressure filter between pump and valve package with electro-hydraulic valve for start and stop of cutting head.

- Oil refrigerator 150liter.
- Sunfab piston pumps of 84cc – cutting head 40 cc – arm movement.
- Hydraulic pumps are driven via power shaft to gearbox.
- Gear ratio 1:2 which allows you to save diesel with a lower engine speed.
- Highest quality hydraulic pipes resistant to wear, suitable for high pressure.
- Proportional electro-hydraulic valve with 5 sections, joystick with 3 strokes.
- Hydraulic rotary housing for cutting head. More powerful hydraulic cylinders.
- There are three collision safety valves. Two on the swing cylinder.
- You can turn the cutting head and clear even when reversing = increases capacity.
- When the crane arm is in position between the front and rear wheels, a safety valve is activated on the hydraulic cylinder between the boom and the stick.
- The series is adapted to carry AX Chain Head.

- Quick coupling and decoupling system on the tractor rear linkage.
- Support shoe to rest the arm on when the machine is not in operation to prevent stress on the support points.
- Hydraulic pipes resistant to abrasion, wear and bursting, suitable for high pressure in hydraulic circuits.
- Arm rotation hinge 95°.
- Shock absorber on the rotary hinge actuator.
- Powered by the tractor PTO and hydraulic quick coupling of the vehicle, in varying amounts.

Hymach Robot VRH EX 200
The Herb-Hy 40 HP is a radio-controlled tool carrier available in three different sizes. It can work continuously on slopes with up to 55⁰ gradient. Forward or reverse travel speed is up to 8 km/h with two-level electronic speed control. It is controlled by a remote control with graphic display. The belts are widened hydraulically. One or both belts, from 1300 mm to 1800 mm, can be equipped with different cutting heads – 120 or 150.
