CRANE-MOUNTED POLE AND RAIL MOWERS

Copes with most railings and posts with a very good result. The machine has dual rotors and a cutting width of over 135 cm depending on how much overlap you want.
- The maximum height of posts and railings is 145 cm.
- Weight 460 kg.
- Hydraulically powered with two 25 cc engines.
- Normal hydraulic consumption is 120 l/m.
- Continuous max pressure 220 bar.
- The speed of the rotors is 2280 rpm.
- There are 2 easy-to-change knives mounted under the protective plates.
- The rotors are hydraulically openable.
- Adjustment of the opening is operated from the driver’s position in the cab.
- The mower needs a hydraulic connection with pressure and returns from your machine.
- One double-acting for widening and one single-acting for opening the rotors.
The mower is 30 cm wide to make it easier to get past obstacles. When driving on the highway the central rail/barrier there are usually also white posts 50 cm from the railing with widening you can pass more easily.

HYMACH PROFESSIONAL slope mower
VERYVIS SERIES MOD. TDG VAP 600 – 1200 RPM
Arm with a total length of 6.80 to 12.00 m. The crane arm has a 170° swing radius which means you can position the cutting head where you have the best view of it.
The crane arm consists of boom, stick and 1 or 2 telescopic extensions.
Projections are hexagonal, the arm entirely in Domex 700.
Sliding plates made of reinforced Ertalon, a durable and self-lubricating material.
Hydraul Oil 200 L Bolted in frame. Return filter in hydraulic tank. Oil cooler.
Sunfab piston pumps on 84cc cutting head and 40 cc on the arm movement,
2 1/2″ suction line to 84 cc 2″ suction line to 40 cc and pressure filter between pump and valve package with electro-hydraulic valve for starting and stopping the cutting head.
- The hydraulic pumps are driven via a power shaft to the gearbox.
- 1:2 gear ratio which allows you to save diesel with a lower engine speed.
- Highest quality hydraulic pipes resistant to wear and tear,
suitable for high pressure, hydraulic hoses are protected by shock-resistant hose covers. - Proportional electro-hydraulic valve 5 sections, joystick with 3 slats.
- Hydraulic swivel housing for cutting head. More powerful hydraulic cylinders.
- There are three collision safety valves. Two on swivel cylinders.
- You can turn the cutting head and clear even when reversing = increases capacity.
- When the crane arm is in position between the front and rear wheels, a safety valve is activated on the hydraulic cylinder between the boom and the stick.
- VERYVIS SERIES MOD. TDH VAG is available in different lengths from 6.80 to 12.00 m
- The VERYVIS series is adapted to carry the AX chain head.

Hymach Robot VRH EX 200
The Herb-Hy 40 HP is a radio-controlled tool carrier available in three different sizes. You can work continuously on slopes up to 55⁰. Forward or reverse speed is up to 8 km/h with two-level electronic speed control, controlled by remote control with graphic display. The tracks are hydraulically widened, one or both tracks from 1300 mm to 1800 mm, can be equipped with different cutting heads 120 or 150.
